Terrible. All its useful for are the Colregs which I could have gotten a PDF file of if thats all I wanted. Not what they advertised and I feel cheated.

Great App! It definitely helped me pass my bi-weekly rules of the road test. I would give it 5 stars if it had the option for some quizzes or test.
